Doctor Carlos Him González is a Ph. D. in Soils and Water Conservation with more than 35 years experience on the academic and professional fields including Water and Natural Resources Management, Environmental Impact Studies and Watershed Management. 

 

As a hydrologist specialist for environmental studies has participated in more than 10 Class II and III Environmental Impact Studies including the Panama Canal Expansion, Third Set of Locks Construction Project. The Bridge on the Atlantic Sector Over The Panama Canal Project.  As a Fulbrighter Dr. Carlos Him has presented many Publications and has been invited as a Panelist and Lecturer. 

 

In the Academic field has contributed with the formation of professionals at the Graduate and Undergraduate level for more than 30 years at the University of Panamá.
